Personal Training
Regardless of your exercise experience or current activity level, working with a personal trainer can challenge you and give you the accountability and support you need to reach your goals. I challenge my clients to lift heavy to become stronger, leaner and healthier.
What is included with personal training?
Customized Programming
All clients will receive individualized programming based on their unique goals, schedule and available equipment. Appropriate accommodations will be made for injuries or other pre-existing conditions.
Private Email Support
Community Support
All clients will receive an invitation to my private Slack group. I post frequently with meal ideas, tips, motivation and more. Clients are able to message me directly or share with the entire group.
Accountability
Clients have the option to receive workouts via a personal training software program. Clients are encouraged to complete additional workouts on their own for consistency and accountability.
Why work with Sara
My life changed nine years ago when I became a mom. Though I knew fitness and nutrition would always be a priority for me, I learned that I needed workouts and a nutrition plan that would take much less time, energy and effort but still give me the results I wanted. I learned how to work out harder and smarter, found a nutrition plan that worked for me and changed my mindset. These changes led to so much less stress when it came to my food and exercise.
My goal is to educate others on how to incorporate challenging, fast and enjoyable exercise as well as healthy eating habits for the entire family.
