Tips and Strategies
I offer a variety of strategies to provide your body the nutrients it needs to support your healthy lifestyle. I will also share tips on dealing with cravings, emotional eating and more!
Community
Upon purchase you will also be invitation to my private Slack group. I post frequently with meal ideas, tips, motivation and more. Clients can message me directly or share with the entire group.
Accountability
Each week we will set nutrition goals. You will receive regular check-ins to make sure you are supported and working towards your goals.
Additional Nutrition Programs
Sara is a Certified #Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant. This program is a 6-12 week nutrition curriculum to help clients improve their relationship with food, unlearn dieting rules, strict protocols and reduce food obessions. Clients will meet with Sara for 30-minutes weekly as well as receive additional support throughout the week. Contact Sara to learn about this life changing program.

My life changed 9 years ago when I became a mom. Though I know fitness and nutrition would always be a priority for me, I learned that I needed workouts and a nutrition plan that would take much less time, energy and effort but still give me the results that I wanted. I learned how to workout harder and smarter, found a nutrition plan that worked for me and changed my mindset. These changes led to so much less stress when it came to my food and exercise.
My goal is to educate other moms on how to fit in challenging, fast and enjoyable exercise as well as healthy eating habits for the entire family.
